Now Banks will look on unssecured Loans in India
Now the banks are focus on unsecured loans due to tighter liquidity conditions,like credit cards and other personal loans.
The bankers expect unsecured personal loans will show strong growth this year.Bankers expect that the home loan market will grow about 20% this year ,compared to previous year’s 30% and the unsecured loans will grow over 30%,compared to 20% earlier.According to home loan experts the banks look at the good financial profile of customer before issue the Home loan product because it is difficult to cope with the rise in EMIs, especially on long-tenure loans.
